The primary responsibility of Customer Quality person is Customer Satisfaction and Delight through proper response and issue resolution. The role focusses on ensuring products meet customer expectations and standards. This includes the tasks like analysing customer feedback, resolving complaints and working with other stakeholders to implement actions - continuous improvement.

Detailed Job Description: 

  • Monitoring and evaluation: Interaction with Customers and periodic visits at customer sites. Observing and evaluating customer feedback through proper engagement to ensure our products meet the standards & customer expectations. Resolve escalated complaints and ensure positive experience
  • Problem Solving: Thorough investigation of Customer Complaints, identifying root cause and working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions. More focus on Recurrence Prevention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports on quality metrices, analysing trends and providing insights to management. Tracking of issues diligently to understand the trend and recurring complaints. Timely escalation for critical issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with customers to resolve issues, providing updates on progress, and collaborating with other teams, such as Sales, Manufacturing, R&D to address the issues.
  • Process Improvements: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency & speed and improve the overall Customer Experience. Drive improvements in the Factory through CAPA and sustenance audits.

The critical aspect of this role would be to make World Class Supplier Quality systems which will help to ensure defect free supplies.

  • Supplier Selection and Evaluation: Developing and maintaining the supplier evaluation and selection process. Giving important insights to management in Supplier Selection Council reviews.
  • Audits and Assessments: Conducting on-site audits and assessments of potential and existing suppliers to verify their quality management systems and processes. Ensuring performance against defined quality metrices.
  • Quality Standards: Ensuring suppliers adhere to engineering specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Decision making abilities during deviations.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving quality issues related to supplier materials and products. Timely information to Suppliers/ key stakeholders on the quality issues faced and its effective closures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing supplier performance data to identify areas of improvement. Assuring good quality material to avoid line stoppages.

  • Should have knowledge about arranging of blades, angles w.r.t to air flow.
  • AutoCAD - should be specialized in creating Computer-Aided Design (CAD) models using Autodesk’s AutoCAD software. Well-trained draftsmen to design and create 2D and 3D computer models of buildings and machine parts from blueprints or from scratch.
  • Developing product designs.
  • Presenting rough design (2D) drafts for client approval.
  • Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
  • Generating 2D models using AutoCAD & 3D with help of Solidworks software.

  • Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs in close coordination with the R&D and production team.
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Targeting customer in the sector of OEMs, HVAC, Refrigeration for Axial Fans & Q Motor.
