Profile in brief:
The Executive IT is responsible for supporting the Manager IT in design, implementation & maintenance of all IT infra-structure with ERP managing system lifecycle management, deployment testing, hardware management & support using vendor provided tools.
Detailed Job Description:
- Assists to evaluates and make recommendations regarding technology/asset life-cycles. Helps to verify necessary property is properly equipped in terms of PCs, hardware, servers, etc
- Works under guidance to foresee, identify and resolve system(s) performance problems.
- Supports IT manager to verify property technology assets are secure and maintained in accordance with Hicool IT Policy and standards.
- Assists manager IT in areas of data communications, desktop support, and servers/networks.
- Prepares availability of current documentation for cabling, network systems, and applications exist and submits to manager IT on time.
- Helps to improve networks performance and performs design/re-design as needed to meet property needs.
- Maintain periodic inventories of applications and hardware.
- Provides inputs to Manager IT to realistically budget CAPEX and department operating budgets based on anticipated IT projects and property support.
- Provides inputs to manager IT to review vendor proposals for technologies/hardware.
